In Dallas County more than 64,000 children are unsupervised after school and in 2006 Dallas ranked the highest with 35% of low-income working families having children.
Bea’s Kids provides hundreds of Kindergarten through 12th grade students a safe, structured environment to receive assistance with homework, guidance on personal development issues, encouragement to read books, and the opportunity to practice self-discipline while building leadership skills.
